He also completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in Tucson, AZ.
He has served as Coordinator for Interventional Pain Management and Physical Medicine as well as supervising physician of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. His current practice specializes in healthy aging, regenerative medicine, and non-narcotic integrative pain solutions, with a particular interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Vaidya’s professional memberships include the American Academy of Pain Medicine, Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine, and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Academy of Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine. Dr. Aull completed her medical education and graduated from New York Medical College in 1986. She completed her internship in internal medicine at State University NY Downstate and her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at New York Medical College hospital affiliates. She is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and a diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management.
Dr. Aull worked in private practice and served as Medical Director for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for seven years at Halifax Medical Center, a level II trauma hospital. There, she was instrumental in developing their chronic medical dysfunction/management and post-polio clinics. Her private practice focused on sports medicine for elite and ultra endurance athletes, during which time she volunteered as a tent physician for the Iron Man Triathlon in Hawaii. As an adjunct clinical professor for UCF, she co-authored several books on exercise and conditioning.
After relocating with her family to Sarasota, Florida, Dr. Aull continued her work in sports medicine working with professional athletes in baseball and tennis. Her practice currently focuses on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, electrodiagnostic medicine, and alleviating discomfort and dysfunction.

She is a certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine as a Medical Review Officer and is registered with the Drug Enforcement Agency to prescribe buprenorphine. Dr. Seewald has extensive experience with the use of methadone and buprenorphine for pain management and the treatment of opioid dependence. She is considered an expert in the use of these medications for both opioid maintenance treatment and detoxification from opioid medications and heroin.
