The steps below are a guide for how to register and provide medical information that is necessary for us to give you your second opinion. You may start the process, save and return to it at any time. Feel free to print this page to follow along as you complete the process.

Create An Account
  • In this step, you will create an account. Your email address and password will be used to login to access your files and second opinions. You will not be able to access Second Opinions services without creating an account.
  • When creating an account, enter the relevant information as requested. Please make sure that your email and telephone number are valid in case the Second Opinions team needs to contact you.
  • Create a password and save it for future reference. You will need your email and password to log back into your Second Opinions account.
  • Please make sure to check the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy boxes or you will not be able to create an account.

Create Your Second Opinion Service Order
  • In this step, you will select the relevant medical service, provide information about your current medical condition, upload your medical documents, and make your payment.
  • Tell us how you’d like to receive your second opinion. We offer written reports for all services, video and telephone consultations for non-radiology services.
  • Upload your medical documents. These may include: clinical summaries, prior diagnoses, blood test results, previous imaging reports (for a radiology second opinion), and any other documentation that describes your current medical condition.
  • Follow the instructions to upload scans from your computer, external CD, or USB drive. Alternatively, you can send your scans to us via mail using the provided address label. Should you encounter difficulties uploading your scans, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Get Your Second Opinion
  • Once all of your information is received, a Second Opinions clinician will review your case. If there is any additional information needed, we will contact you.
  • A written report, along with your diagnosis and recommended treatment plan is delivered in all cases.
  • You can also request a video or telephone consult and we will contact you to schedule it.
  • Radiology services will be provided within 2 business days, other services will be provided within 5 business days. We will make every effort to deliver the second opinion service as promptly as possible.
  • Your second opinion report will be available for download from your account.
