Howard Hunter Yost MD

Dr. Howard Yost, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience in
telemedicine and clinical consultations. He earned his M.D. from the University of Nebraska
College of Medicine and completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Arizona
Medical Center. Dr. Yost has served in various roles, including psychiatric consultant and
medical director, providing care for patients ranging from adolescents to adults in both inpatient
and outpatient settings.
With a focus on functional and nutritional medicine for chronic and psychiatric conditions, Dr.
Yost is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has published
several peer-reviewed articles and has been recognized with multiple AMA Physicians
Recognition Awards for his contributions to continuing medical education. Dr. Yost is an active
member of the Pima County Medical Association.
