Dr. Allan Evangelista is fellowship-trained in reconstructive surgery of the foot, ankle, and leg. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive evaluation, exceptional care, and various surgical and nonsurgical treatment options to all patients. He is accepting new patients for: Adult and pediatric foot and ankle deformities, revisional and salvage surgery, Charcot foot reconstruction, trauma (all fractures, tendon ruptures, sprains), arthritis, tendonitis, gout, sports or industrial injuries, emergency or urgent care, paralysis or muscle weakness, joint replacement, spastic neuromuscular diseases (cerebral palsy), gait abnormalities (toe walking), joint cartilage transplantation, and general podiatry (neuromas, ingrown toenails, warts). Dr. Edwin Oghoorian is a Podiatrist specializing in foot and ankle medicine and surgery. He has completed a comprehensive residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with emphasis on sports medicine and wound care and limb salvage. Dr. Oghoorian specializes in state of the art laser treatment for most foot and ankle problems. He is Board certified in diabetic foot and wound care. Dr. Oghoorian treats all aspect of foot and ankle problems, from bunion and hammer toe surgeries to surgical repair of fractures. Dr. Oghoorian was former Clinical Director for Southern California Chapter of Special Olympics. He is on the Board of Advisory for Northwest College as a Medical Advisor. He is a Worker’s Compensation Independent Reviewer. He is also a faculty instructor for the residency program at Doctor’s Hospital of West Covina.

Dr. Jesse E. Riley is one of two new exciting additions to the Advanced Foot and Ankle Center staff. Dr. Riley brings with him extensive experience and training in the surgical reconstruction of the forefoot, rearfoot and ankle, including complex deformity corrections, limb salvage and trauma. A native of Payson, Utah, Dr. Riley graduated from Southern Utah University before continuing on to graduate school at the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, which included training rotations within the world renowned Cleveland Clinic. Upon graduation, Dr. Riley completed a three-year residency at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Indiana specializing in surgical reconstruction, arthroscopy, limb salvage and trauma of the foot and ankle. While serving as a resident Dr. Riley had the opportunity to lecture to various physician groups, other medical professionals and non-medical groups on a wide variety of topics pertaining to the foot and ankle. He is fluent in Spanish and has also received focused training in Sports Medicine and diabetic foot/wound care. Dr. Riley and his wife, Caysie, have four daughters and a son that keep life very interesting and fun. His hobbies include backpacking, mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, guitar and collecting vinyl records.

Having recently relocated from the Midwest Dr. Riley is very excited to be back in the mountains that he loves and to serve the Heber, Park City and Salt Lake communities. As an active outdoor enthusiast, he is committed to getting patients back to the lifestyle that they pursue as quickly and efficiently as possible, all while maintaining the highest standard of care.

During Dr. Kraft’s training, she served as part of the surgical team that travelled to Mexico under the Baja Crippled Children’s Project. She repaired clubfeet surgically and non-surgically if possible. When she began her practice in Bakersfield, CA, she began treating patients in rural health clinics in the surrounding small towns. Education has always been a part of her life- from teaching medical students anatomy to showing surgical residents how to perform intricate surgeries. She has been a podiatrist since 1987. She currently is also the chancellor of a junior college, called Ashdown College of Health Sciences. She has been teaching some classes, as well as administrative work. She enjoys cooking, tennis, reading, writing, and hiking with her dog.
