    Michael is CEO and founder of SecondOpinions.com. He is a serial entrepreneur with extensive leadership and business background spanning all of his career, starting his first business at the age 14. Michael became fascinated with technology, internet, medicine and business at a very early age, a reason why he first chose to become a radiologist, the most technologically dependent medical specialty. He has acquired, invested into and traded many top domain names and has invested into biotech companies. Over the years, he started from scratch several successful internet related technologies and companies, including USARAD.com (teleradiology) and XMRI.com (automated radiology second opinion portal). He owns distinct IP including domain names, trademarks, internet/technology platform with multiple patents pending.
    Michael trained at several preeminent institutions including New York University and Thomas Jefferson. He received MBA degree in Healthcare from the prestigious George Washington University dedicating his studies towards evolving field of telemedicine / telehealth. He is a double boarded diagnostic radiologist, with extensive training and experience in multiple advanced modalities including MRI and Cardiac CT. He has held positions as Chief Radiologist in a large private radiology group, and was Director of a Cardiovascular CT laboratory at a private imaging center along with being the head medical instructor for a Cardiovascular and Body Section program during a teaching residency program.

    Elli as a former executive in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry (including Wyeth Consumer Health and Celltech Pharmaceuticals) and brings tremendous business development experience to the company. While in pharmaceutical industry she was consistently ranked #1 in sales generation. Elli was an entrepreneur both within and outside the healthcare industry operating a number of successful businesses prior to being one of the founders of USARAD Holdings Inc. Currently she has the overall responsibility for global business developments. Elli graduated with a BBA degree from Hofstra University and has continued her education with graduate courses in finance and business management. Elli enjoys running marathons for hobby, qualifying for Boston Marathon in 2020.

    Nadya has over 20 years of experience in Web Technology. Nadya has expertise in Finance, Banking, Networking, Medical Research and Educational Applications web software development. She enjoys solving challenging problems experienced in all latest programming languages including JAVA and HTML5. Previously, Nadya has been working for multiple major US companies. She developed architectural solutions for web based applications and mobile devices and has been a senior architect and contractor for BP.com, Deutsche Bank, United Airlines, Accenture, First Data Corporation, Barclaycard and many others.

    Madison Gallagher, Controller
    As USARAD’s Controller, Madison is responsible for coordinating all financial activities and preparing and examining accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports. She oversees and manages the accounting, revenue audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance systems functions of the business. Madison also leads the company’s special project division where she oversees the company's alternate revenue streams and partnership programs. Prior to working at USARAD she held an executive role within the sports industry.

    As the Director of Client Relations, Virginia oversees the account management, sales, contracting, and recruiting for USARAD. She develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients and physicians to ensure they receive requested services in a timely fashion. With over 15 years in sales and management, Virginia manages and maintains our Quality Assurance program and Joint Commission accreditation. She develops, implements, and maintains policies and procedures ensuring regulatory rules are communicated through corporate policies and procedures ensuring USARAD is in accordance with industry standards.

    Raven Castillo, Physician Relations Liaison
    Raven joined USARAD in 2019 with over 6 years in sales and customer service. As Physician Relations Liaison, Raven assists with the development of strategic recruitment plans and performs the initial interview and screening process to determine each candidate's suitability. She also oversees the scheduling for all physicians to provide proper coverage for our facilities.

    As Director of Credentialing at USARAD Holdings, Inc., Heather oversees the Credentialing Department and works closely with other departments in order to ensure that USARAD Holdings, Inc. adheres to the company’s policies pertaining to documentation, credentialing and interaction with staff and clients.
    As a U.S. Navy veteran with over 10 years of management experience, she develops and implements policies and protocols related to credentialing and ensures that the organization and staff are in accordance with organizational and industry standards. Additionally, she educates and effectively works with the credentialing team, physicians, and clients to facilitate a seamless credentialing experience.

    Nicole Bryant, Facility Credentialing Coordinator
    As USARAD Holdings, Inc.’s Facility Credentialing Coordinator, Nicole Bryant is responsible for processing and maintaining the initial credentialing and recredentialing of our physicians for our active clients.
    With seven years of customer service and data processing experience and a degree in Health Science, Nicole assists with the coordination and maintenance of our credentialing database and participates in special credentialing projects such as physician licensure and physician appointments with USARAD.

    Vicky Tourn, Operations Manager
    As Operations Manager in the Operations Department, Vicky serves as the middleman between doctors and facilities. Her background working as a customer service representative and in tech support has given her the knowledge to lead her team to run smoothly. Vicky was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and studied journalism in the "Universidad de Ciencias Sociales y Empresariales" While her degree is very different, she has always loved working with computers and developing workflows to make her department more efficient.

    Dener - Director of Information Technology
    Dener has over 15 years of experience in the IT field. His accomplishments include the title of IT Director for one of the largest Healthcare companies in South America, Database Administrator for Oracle and Software developer just to name a few. Dener possesses a Bachelor's degree in System Analyst and an MBA in Database administration. Dener joined USARAD in 2019 as an IT Analyst responsible for integration, maintenance of systems, and technical support.

    Amanda Flynn, Administrative Assistant
    As the Administrative Assistant for USARAD, Amanda is responsible for assisting the administrative team with projects and reports and assists with the coordination of various meetings and activities. She joined USARAD in 2022 after graduating from University of South Alabama with a Bachelor's in Sports Management.
