Dr. Pezhman Paul Nazemi, MD, is an esteemed ophthalmologist with extensive education and
training. He earned his M.D. from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine,
followed by an internship in Internal Medicine at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center. Dr.
Nazemi completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Southern California
School of Medicine, Doheny Eye Institute. He is board certified by the American Board of
Ophthalmology. Dr. Nazemi’s interests include advanced visual field testing, glaucoma
detection, and the treatment of age-related macular degeneration. He has been recognized with
several honors, including America’s Top Ophthalmologist and numerous academic scholarships.
Dr. Nazemi is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has contributed
significantly to the field through various publications and presentations.
